Ship/Unship

Select Ship in Sales Shipping Feedback Entry to quickly ship a sales order. This changes the order stage to Shipped (Stage 3). After an order is shipped, the Line Items view cannot be accessed for an order in Sales Shipping Feedback Entry. The Header view can be accessed for shipped orders.

In some cases, you may receive an error when you try to ship an order. There are many reasonsShipping requirements for sales orders why an order cannot be shipped.

To make changes to an order in Shipped stage, you must unship the order first. In this case, select the order and click Unship. The order is changed from Shipped to Picked (Stage 2) stage. The order can be maintained in Sales Order Entry. The Ship Date and Time is blanked out. After you have made the necessary changes to the order in Sales Order Entry, you can return to Sales Shipping Feedback Entry and ship the order.
