Modifying credit card token information

You can modify credit card token information from Customer Credit Card Setup. Modifications made can update both the Distribution SX.e system and CenPOS. This is beneficial if, for example, a expiration date needs to be updated or if information about the client ID, name on card, zip code, email, or address needs to be corrected. You cannot edit the token number from this modify form.

  1. Select Customer > Setup > Credit Card.
  2. Use the Search pane to specify criteria to search for an existing token. Filter by Card Type, Customer, or ShipTo and click Search.
  3. Select a token in the grid.
  4. Click Modify Tokenized Card to connect to the CenPOS Web browser (the modify form). The editable fields are automatically populated based on the token selected.
  5. Make appropriate changes and click Submit to save your changes in CenPOS.
