Clearing user sessions with SA Connection Inquiry

If you do not have access SA Connection Inquiry, you can use SA Administrator Operator Disconnect to clear users. Connection, device, and user group filters are not available in the SA Administration Operator Disconnect Report.

Note: This functionality is part of an approval process that helps to meet some of the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
  1. Select System Administrator > Inquiry > Connection.
  2. Specify search criteria, and click Search.

    If Distribution SX.e supports multi-tenant and multi-company login, only the connections specific to tenant and company the operator used to log in are displayed. The operator must select All to view connections with a zero company number.

  3. Select the user(s) in the grid.
  4. Click Clear User.
  5. Click OK to confirm.
