Adding a Will Call disposition to an order

A Will Call disposition indicates that the customer will pick up the order. Use these instructions to add a Will Call disposition to a sales order.

  1. Select Sales > Entry > Order.
  2. Complete the fields in the Initiate Page and click Next.
  3. In the Customer Order Settings page, select Will Call in the Disposition field.
  4. In the Ship Via field, specify that the customer is picking up the order.
  5. In the Cancelled Date field, specify a date to automatically cancel the order if it is not picked up by that date.
  6. Click Save.
  7. In the Discount section on the Taxes & Totals page, specify a staging area for the order.
  8. Finish the order.
