Hold code error messages
The SA Operator Setup settings are used to determine if an operator can change the Approval field in Sales Order Entry.
If the operator cannot change the value in the Approval field, one of these error messages is displayed:
| Operator Security Prohibits Use of this Hold Code (1214) | The approval code does not match those specified in the Limit Managed Hold Codes field in SA Operator Setup-Entry Options for the operator. |
| Operator Security Prohibits Hold Code Change (Taken By) (1215) | The operator’s initials do not match the Taken By initials on the order, and the Limit Order Scope Taken By option in SA Operator Setup-Entry Options is set to Yes. |
| Operator Security Prohibits Hold Code Change (Sls Rep) (1216) | The operator’s initials do not match the Inside Sales Rep In or Sales Rep Out initials on the order. The Limit Order Scope Sales Rep option in SA Operator Setup-Entry Options is set to Yes. The system also checks the Sales Rep Override Option option in SA Operator Setup-Entry Options. |
| Operator Security Prohibits Order Hold Approval (1121) | The Allow Override of Order Approval Status option is set to No for this operator in SA Operator Setup-Entry Options. |
