SA Data Archive System Office Interface Report overview
Function acronym: SADSM
Use this report to archive all inactive messages that meet the date criteria that is specified on the report.
The archive process archives data from these character version files:
- OI Message Entry
- OI Message Entry - Sign In/Sign Out
- OI Message Entry - Messages Entry
This table shows the criteria that determines if a record is archived:

The time transaction In date is compared to the archive date criteria. The Out date is not compared to the archive date criteria, but it must be a valid date,
Messages must be inactive.
