SA Tenant Refresh - Data Import Report overview
Function acronym: SAATI
Use this report to import data from a source environment, such as a production environment, to a target environment, such as a training or testing environment.
This report uses the zip file that was created by the SA Tenant Refresh - Data Export Report to delete the existing tables in the target environment and replace them with the tables from the source environment.
The values that are required for these options are included on the SA Tenant Refresh - Data Export Report output:
- S3 Filename to Copy File From
- S3 Filename MD5 Hash
The zip file and MD5 sum for the zip file are on the same line of the export report, for example:
2020/02/08@15:55:13.3703 [TRACE] P-19022 U-1300 D-ACME_PRD H-i-08238436ed98a saate.p - Zip File MD5Sum:f1285eaf02cee9538cdaec67f11cc8ea /reports/ACME_PRD/ACME_PRD.zip
You cannot import tenant data unless the CloudSuite Distribution version is the same in the target and source environments. To check the version, select in the application menu bar of CloudSuite Distribution.
If a table fails to delete or load during the import process, an error occurs, and the import process is aborted. Contact Infor Support for assistance.
You must have security level of 5 on your SA Operator Setup record to run this report.
Moratorium
You cannot run this report three days before a scheduled pre-production update for CloudSuite Distribution.
The moratorium ensures that pre-production updates are performed within the scheduled maintenance window. It also ensures that your data imports are completed without interruption.
If you attempt to run the report during the moratorium, the import is aborted and you receive these messages:
- Preproduction update happening within 3 days.
- Tenant Import has been cancelled.
Reschedule the import after the update is complete.
