RS Job Group Setup overview

Report Scheduler > Setup > Queue

Function acronym: RSSJ

Use this function to set up relationships between individual jobs, or reports, so Report Scheduler can organize them as job groups.

To create a new job, click New to open the Job Group Details window.

Use Search pane to specify criteria to search for an existing record to maintain.

You maintain one or multiple records simultaneously. Use these actions to maintain jobs:

  • Edit: Opens the Job Group Details window so you can add, view, maintain, and delete components for the selected job. This option is only available when you have selected a job group.
  • Copy: Click this option to copy the selected job group to a new group. Specify the new Job Group Name and Description and click Submit. Complete the information on the Job Group Details window and click Save.
  • Delete: Delete the selected job groups.
  • Change Queue: Open the Change Queue window so you can specify a new queue name for all selected records.
