Changing the disposition of an order

Use these instructions to change the disposition of a sales order.

  1. Select Sales > Entry > Order.
  2. Select Maintain Order and specify the order number. Click Next.
  3. In the Customer Order Settings window, specify a disposition.
    • If you select Just In Time, specify the requested ship date and promise date.
    • If you select Tag and Hold, specify the ship via method and a date to automatically cancel the order.
    • If you select Ship Complete, specify the ship via method.
    • If you select Will Call, specify the ship via method and a date to automatically cancel the order.
  4. Save the order.
