Deleting a credit card token

You can delete a credit card token from Customer Credit Card Setup. The deletion updates both the Distribution SX.e system and CenPOS. Delete a token if, for example, the customer has cancelled the credit card.

  1. Select Customer > Setup > Credit Card.
  2. Use the Search pane to specify criteria to search for an existing token. Filter by Card Type, Customer, or ShipTo and click Search.
  3. Select a token in the grid.
  4. Click Delete Tokenized Card to connect to the CenPOS Web browser (the Information page).
  5. A message is displayed: You are going to delete this token: 0000000?
  6. Click OK.
  7. A question is displayed: Delete Record?
  8. Click Yes.
